To request the $100 annual chapter reimbursement for participating in the MOAA Chapter Advertising program, please follow the instructions below. Once the request is received and verified, a check will be mailed to the chapter using the information provided below.

Please send the following information to Jon Brenneman at [email protected] with the subject line “Chapter Reimbursement.”

1. Include the URL for your chapter website which needs to include the MOAA Vacations banner ad.

2. Include a link to the chapter newsletter which includes the MOAA Vacations advertisement. If you cannot provide a link to a printed newsletter, please send a PDF.

3. Include the Chapter Name as well as the name of the person we can contact if we have any questions. Please specify the payee for the check and provide the address where the check should be sent.
